Acupressure & Kundalini


Acupressure is an ancient healing technique that involves applying specific touch or stretches to meridian points on the surface of the skin to stimulate the body‘s natural self-healing abilities. The purpose of acupressure is to send signals to the body that turn on the body's own healing abilities.

Learn how to self-treat or help your loved ones as an energetic first aid kit with acupressure. In the second half of each class, we will use a Kundalini Yoga kriya to help support the flow of energy through the meridians and practice a deep acupressure meditation for mental clarity.
