Astrology provides a framework to understand how the energy of the celestial bodies translates to our experience on earth. Each year is governed by particular planetary energies that affect our personal vibration and particular rhythm. Understanding the major astrological alignments of each year provides a road map, that in combination with our own intuition, helps us to live more vibrantly and confidently.

In this workshop, we will examine the major astrological dynamics of 2022, a calendar overview of the year ahead, and how to work with the energies that will be available to us through meditation. This will be followed with a powerful kriya to help us move deeper into the Aquarian energy - of collective high vibration and love - to connect deeper to the great cosmos within us.
