Workshop “Cutting the cord of past relationships” with Amanbir & Mariana Salinas
As spiritual beings in this human existence, we energetically create a connection in every interaction and place. Those bonds can tie us like cords when there are unresolved emotions and through intimacy.
These cords act as the ties that bind our spiritual growth and create resistance to the universal flow. Linking our energetic field to carry the burden of the unresolved past and lovers.
The way we perceive ourselves is interlocked with what we still carry in our magnetic field, which then influences the relationships/dynamics that continue to enter our lives.
Kundalini Yoga and specific meditations work powerfully to allow ourselves to achieve liberation of heart and mind. Constellation work helps us to sever the deeper seeds and knots that lock us in these patterns.
In Part 1 we will work to break the chains that tie us to unhealthy patterns and relationships of the past. To cut the cords.
In Part 2 we will work on the subtler plane to clear and transform the seeds of discord and separation. To heal the heart of the wounds of love and set the energetic stage to be in greater love with self - and open to greater love in all relationships.
Amanbir
Doctor of Chinese Medicine, Acupuncturist, and Teacher Trainer with over 15 years of teaching Kundalini Yoga. He has helped people around the globe heal - issues of mind, body, and soul- with Yoga and eastern medicine. His greatest passion is teaching others to heal themselves. He looks forward to helping you not only be a healing teacher but also to help you have a deeper understanding of your body’s autonomy and the sacred flow of your meridians.
Mariana Salinas
Mariana grew up in Mexico City and has a solid academic background including two master's degrees in psychotherapy and a PhD in Modern Literature with a dissertation on the relationship between Language and Cultural Identity, as well as numerous certifications as a Meditation Instructor, Craniosacral Therapist and Master of Kundalini Yoga.
