Eclipses are powerful portals of major release and change. This Lunar Eclipse will be in the sign of Gemini, which rules communication, networks, and the outreach of the mind. In the first 45 minutes of class we will examine the Lunar Eclipse and the dynamics of how it affects us globally, collectively, and personally. How to best integrate this energy into our lives.

In the remainder of class, we will do a Kundalini Yoga kriya and deep meditation to work with the energy of this day.

All Proceeds will go towards Free Food Kitchen South Africa. Providing meals to impoverished children in hard struggled communities of South Africa. FFK is run by members of the community in which it provides.
